return to the wild within you

join me for 5 nights and 6 days of soft-living, body-based healing, and coming home to your gentle wild on the beautiful big island of hawai’i.

this retreat is an opportunity to ground into who you are when you are fully held, fully loved, and fully witnessed.

for this week, we will be staying in a restful sanctuary surrounded by bird song, wrapped in sunlight, and held by the nourished feminine.

we will be nourishing daily with nourishing, locally sourced meals prepared by my best friend and our private chef, Ixhora Arroyo.

for one week, we will come together in the vibrant jungle to reconnect to our bodies, our hearts, our prayers and our vision, to be held, witnessed and CELEBRATED by sisters in the process.

this is a space for you to soften into a full-body exhale, and deepen your relationship to your peace, your joy, your vitality, your faith, your ease, and your connection to the land and others.

all of you is welcome here. your tears, your deep laugh, the softness of your belly, your silence, your voice, your song. through this week together, we will practice staying with ourselves in every experience and emotion. we will rewire our self-abandonment programming, and you’ll carry this newfound sense of anchoring in your heart and body into your life back home.

through daily somatic healing and embodiment journeys, quality time with mother nature, intuitive workshops, quiet time to explore and unplug, and intentional gathering with other devotional women, we’ll practice getting all-the-way-honest in our expression and connection to the truth.

when we part, this deepened anchor into self will support us as we make shifts, big and small, in our lives back home.

this retreat is here to support you in:

  • healing in sisterhood and letting yourself be held again

  • coming home to your body and the presence of God within it

  • remembering the safety of rest, slowness, and softness

  • rewiring self-abandonment and burn-out cycles

  • expanding your capacity to hold desire, joy, grief and change

  • meeting God more deeply through your body, your prayers, and time in nature

  • growing your capacity (in body, faith, mind and spirit) to choose your YES

  • giving your nervous system a full-body exhale (stepping away from the pull of work, screens, and the stimuli of daily life)

  • remembering your original design ~ wild, whole and a beloved one of God

through daily somatic healing and embodiment journeys, time with mother nature, powerful workshops, quiet moments to explore and unplug, and intentional gathering with other devotional women, we’ll practice getting all-the-way-honest in our expression and connection to the truth in every moment. this is about deepening into our most honest self rather than running on the self-help hamster wheel of reaching for a higher self. this is not an out-of-body experience. this is about going down + in, to land more fully into who we are in our radiance, rootedness, and realness.

a return to the woman you are

our retreat values

time intentionally offline // connection

radical permission

all of you is welcome here. your voice, your silence, your softness, your wild. this week will grant you radical ‘permission slips’ you’ll carry with you long after we close our week together.

celebration in community

meet your host

hi, i’m kennedy nicole

a somatic healing practitioner, faith mentor, and devotional woman.

my work is rooted in the wisdom of the body, the power of prayer, and the deep revival that happens when we grow our nervous system capacity for the beauty and mess of life after trauma.

after a decade of navigating trauma, spiritual bypassing, and disconnection from my body, i found my way home through somatic healing and my connection with God. now, i help other women do the same ~ walking with them as they return to their truest expression of faith, the home of their bodies, and their unshakeable peace and presence.

this retreat is a living, breathing embodiment of that journey.

in this retreat space, my playful heart and rooted presence create a safe space for you to soften, be held, and move toward the woman you are becoming.

i can’t wait to spend this week with you.

(ps: i am sober and this will be a sober event :))

my clients say…

what’s possible for you…

within two weeks of implementing my capacity work pathway, my clients have…

  • healed weeks-long illnesses caused by burn-out in our week of retreating together

  • made bold and aligned AF life changes they’d been avoiding for months (leaving school programs that were soul sucking, applying for new jobs, coming out to loved ones, starting their personal businesses, booking travels that feel like !!!)

  • deeply reconciled painful or estranged family relationships in their own spirit, without needing anything from the other person

  • experienced deeper friendships and healthier romantic relationships, because they are no longer performing or afraid to be all-the-way-honest in love

  • gave themselves permission to cry, to rest, and to celebrate in PUBLIC

  • noticed a wave of creativity return bc they ‘felt less anxious and more open to inspiration’

and the best part? my clients still message me experiencing shifts that last months to YEARS after.

you’ll be immersed in my gentle capacity work teachings this entire week. my prayer is that you walk away from this retreat with the tools to say yes to a life that feels familiar to your soul, even if it makes sense to nobody else (but God ;))

you might be wondering…

is this a religious retreat?

no, this is a non-dogmatic, non-religious environment. this retreat is rooted in somatic and heart-centered practices that supported me in reconnecting to God in a way that feels good, safe, and true… after being raised in a version of faith that didn’t.

i’m a deeply devotional woman, and faith is my anchor. that devotion will be gently woven into every corner of our time together ~ not through rigid teachings, but through presence, prayer, beauty, and embodiment.

you don’t need to believe what i believe to belong here. you don’t have to call it God. you don’t have to pray like i do. you don’t even have to know exactly WHAT it is you believe! (i hope you can feel this from me without me saying <3)

this space is for women who are open to healing their relationship with God, their bodies, and their deeper truth.
if your heart longs for a room (and even might feel a bit intimated by one) where women speak to God like a best friend, cry during worship, are easily moved by awe, gratitude, or grief… this is a home for you.

what’s a potential day like?

this is a loose vision, as we’ll be present with different nature excursions and flows each day <3

7:30–9:00 am
mornings are soft and slow.
maybe you’re sipping warm tea, barefoot on the lanai, feeling the ocean breeze or fresh island air on your skin.
voices are low or quiet, this is time for presence and personal quiet time.
we’ll spend time coming into our bodies for the day.

9:00–10:00am

we’ll eat a nourishing breakfast and drop in as a group. kitchen table conversations are magic. think ~ the life-changing power that happens when your friend says something you need to hear at the perfect time in the most casual setting possible.

10:30–1pm
we’ll spend some time in nature and experience the healing of the island. one day we might go on a silent hike and swim in a beautiful beach with turtles at the end of the trail, go see the lava flow from the volcano, sunbathe topless at the beach, or explore tide pools and lava caves. every day we will have a nature outing to soak up the mana and november sun.

a somatic practice will be woven in during our nature time or prior.

1pm
nourishing lunch!

2:00–5:00 pm
we’ll drop into a practice and teaching at this time. connecting the body, heart, mind and web of sisterhood. more programming details will be shared to get excited about as the retreat nears and i feel into the group field.

5:00–6:00 pm
integrate. rest. shower off the day’s sweat and salt. sink into stillness, journal, or simply be.

6:00 pm
nourishing dinner :)

7:30–9:00 pm
evenings are for devotion and showing up exactly as we are to receive what we’re meant to. we might sing, spread out with paint supplies, pray and hold each other through vulnerable moments, energy healing journeys, or whatever the spirit guides us to.
these are some of my favorite moments during retreats. surrounded with the coqui frog music, surrendered from the salt and sun, showing up as our most honest self when everything else has been gently washed away.

  • unwind the self-abandonment gospel. hold and be held by the nourished feminine. experience the untamed love of God in one of my favorite pockets of the earth.

  • "Kennedy provided me the softest, gentlest, safest love that I could have asked for. She led me through a somatic embodiment journey that provided me the intentional space and safety to feel, move, process, and transmute in all the ways I needed to."

    Rain

  • "My relationship with my body and God has never felt more strong, safe, secure and aligned before taking this retreat."

    Lucy

  • "Join this woman's program. Kennedy isn't asking me to say this, but I WANT to write this with gratitude in my heart for the service she does for the world. Her work will show you how to have a deeply embodied, tender and safe relationship with Jesus in a way that dissolves church fear. Thank you sweet Kennedy for the work you do. I am sooooooo picky with people I want to learn from but YOU are a diamond in the rough."

    Amanda

  • "The integration and love I experienced is still moving me forward in the direction of God and my soul's truth. I can't articulate in words the love and gratitude I felt at the end of the session as we both sat in moments of silence that seemed to span forever. I highly, deeply, truly recommend trusting Kennedy with your heart if you are needing any type of being held, supported, guided, loved, or led. Thank you forever."

    Morgan

  • "When I signed up for Women Who Say God I was lost, looking for a connection and/or community that believed and understood God the way I do. I was wanting someone to help me work through the shame of not believing the way the church thinks is right. After doing this retreat and working with Kennedy, I realized I'm not alone, and that god is LOVE no matter how I believe. Ken holds such a special container where women can feel held and loved throughout learning more sides of god. I'm so so thankful for her and all of her knowledge."
