meet your guide
hi, i’m kennedy nicole -
a somatic healing practitioner, faith mentor, and devotional woman.
beyond my facilitator titles, i'm a queer, ex-religious, non-new-age, God loving woman... which is a lot of words to say, the lens through which i relate to God and teach about God is pretty unique.
after a decade of chronic panic and dissociation, years of navigating trauma, spiritual bypassing, and religion and abuse-induced disconnection from my body, i created a home in my body that was safer than any i’ve ever known — through somatic healing and a relationship with God that feels true for me. now, i help other women do the same ~ returning to the home of their bodies, a grounded and true-for-you sense of faith, and sustainable peace + presence.
i specialize in walking with women through religious deconstruction and reconstruction journeys. this is a human & holy path that not everyone walks, but those that do are very close to my heart.
my work is rooted in the wisdom of the body, the power of prayer, and the revival that happens when we grow our capacity to hold our full spectrum of self after trauma.
i’m passionate about helping women stop the striving for their highest self and deepen into their most honest self. i view self-intimacy as a devotional practice that nourishes every area of our lives.
